Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

Company: Refers to Foreign A Foot Logistics Ltd. (FAFL).

Customer: Any individual or entity using the services of the company.

Services: Shipping, delivery, and logistics services provided by the company.

2. Service Agreement

By using the services provided by FAFL, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

3. Information and Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
  • FAFL is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
  • Customers will be assigned a shipping address for items sent to FAFL for forwarding.

4. Shipping Rates, Fees, and Packaging

  • Shipping rates are based on package size, weight, and delivery speed.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, and additional handling fees for items over 75 lbs.
  • Packages must be properly packaged to withstand transit. Fragile items are shipped at the customer's risk.
  • Insurance is available for fragile or high-value items (over USD 100).

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

  • FAFL assumes liability only for packages while in our possession.
  • We are not responsible for damage outside our care, including customs or third-party carriers.
  • FAFL only accepts liability for items damaged or lost while in our possession.

7. Customs Clearance and Additional Charges

  • Customers authorize FAFL to clear items on their behalf and agree to pay applicable duties and fees.
  • Items undergoing customs inspection or requiring special handling may incur additional service charges.
  • Customers are responsible for penalties resulting from fraudulent or invalid documentation.

8. Storage and Uncollected Packages

  • Uncollected packages will incur storage fees starting 5 business days after notification.
  • Unclaimed items may be auctioned after 44 business days, with no refund of deposits made.

9. Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. FAFL reserves the right to refuse such items.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

FAFL handles customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Customers consent to service-related and promotional communications.

11. Payment, Outstanding Balances, and Additional Services

  • Full payment is required before delivery or pick-up unless prearranged.
  • FAFL may hold or sell packages to recover unpaid balances.
  • Additional services, such as online purchases, may incur service fees.
  • Delivery fees may apply for shipments requested to be delivered to customers.

12. Amendments and Updates

FAFL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or on the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts. By using FAFL’s services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
